NEW YORK CITY:  July 12-15

Friday July 12, 1 pm - 5:45 pm
On our first day together, participants in the ALI will kick off at 1 pm.  

Friday July 12, 7 pm to 10 pm
We'll break for dinner from 5:45-6:45 pm (we suggest bringing your dinner or pre-arranging delivery) and then transition into our evening together. Friday evening features a Connection Lab open to the public facilitated by Amy Silverman and Heather McClellan from 7-10 pm. This is an opportunity for you to explore the theme of leadership, get oriented to Authentic Relating work and processes, observe facilitation to spark ideas and inquiries for our exploration together, and start to get to know each other.    ** If you'd like to invite others to join you on this night, they'll have an opportunity to register for $30.  Your registration for Friday is included in your ALI Tuition.

Saturday July 13,  10 am to 7 pm
Authentic Leadership Intensive Training Day. On this day we'll break for both lunch and snack. There are restaurants nearby where you can pickup food or sit-down.

Sunday July 14, 10 to 5:00 pm
Authentic Leadership Intensive Training Day. On this day we'll break for lunch only. Bring your dinner.

Sunday July 14, 6:00-9:00 pm
You and your cohort will lead your own Connection Lab - giving your expanded leadership skills a test drive... Invite your friends to join in and experience your leadership and the special bonds created at these dynamic connection events. This is your "Graduation". Invite your friends and peers to this event in advance.

Monday July 15, 4:30 pm - 6:45 pm  **Virtual Session
Online group video feedback session - we'll meet on Zoom to de-brief the Sunday evening Connection Lab and explore next steps.   NOTE: for those of you interested in deepening your Connection Skills, join us this night at Circling
